Refunds

A translation for convenience; the Russian text is the binding one.

When you get all your money back

• You have not downloaded the mod even once and ask for a refund within 14 days of buying.
• The mod does not work on your computer (Windows 10 or 11, your own copy of My Winter Car on Steam), and we have not fixed it within 14 days of your email.
• The game updated, the mod stopped working, and we have not released a fix within 14 days of your email.
• You paid for the same order twice by mistake: we refund the extra payment.

How to ask

Write to support@wintercartogether.ru from the address you bought with. Give the order number (it is in the email with your key) and describe what does not work. If the mod does not start, attach BepInEx\LogOutput.log from the game folder: it helps find the cause faster.

How long it takes

We reply within 10 days. The money goes back to the same card or account within 10 days of our decision; your bank may need a few more days to credit it.

After a refund

The key stops working: it no longer downloads the mod or gets updates in the launcher.
