Public offer

to grant the right to use the program “Winter Car Together”. Version of 28 October 2026. This is a translation for convenience; the Russian text is the binding one.

1. Parties and how the contract is made

1.1. Khapinskiy Anton Denisovich, a self-employed individual paying the Russian professional income tax, taxpayer number (INN) 141402998357 (the Seller), offers any person with legal capacity (the Buyer) a contract on the terms of this offer.

1.2. The contract is made when the Buyer pays for an order on https://wintercartogether.ru/: payment is acceptance of the offer (Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 438(3)).

2. Subject

2.1. The Seller grants the Buyer a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the computer program “Winter Car Together” (the Mod), a modification of the computer game My Winter Car that lets two people play it together.

2.2. The Buyer may install the Mod on their own computers and run it for personal non-commercial play. The licence is for one player: everyone in a session needs their own. When the key is first activated in the launcher, the licence is tied to the Buyer's Steam account and works for that account on any computer; moving it to another account goes through support. Territory: worldwide; term: the whole term of the exclusive right.

2.3. The Buyer may not sell, rent out, publish or otherwise distribute the Mod, the key or the download links, nor modify or decompile the Mod except where the law expressly allows it.

2.4. The Mod is an unofficial fan modification; Amistech Games did not make or endorse it. The Seller does not sell My Winter Car: each player needs their own copy of the game on Steam.

3. Price and payment

3.1. The license costs 299 RUB. No VAT: the Seller pays the professional income tax.

3.2. Payment is taken by card and through the Faster Payments System via Robokassa (Robokassa LLC). Card details are entered on Robokassa’s page; the Seller never receives them.

3.3. The receipt is issued in the “Moy Nalog” (My Tax) app and sent to the Buyer’s email.

4. Delivery

4.1. Right after payment the Buyer receives a key and a download link for the Mod archive, on the site and at the email given in the order. From then on the license is granted.

4.2. A key downloads the archive from the site up to 20 times. The launcher downloads Mod updates with the key without that limit.

4.3. The Seller releases Mod updates as the game updates, free of charge for the Buyer.

4.4. The Mod checks the Steam account's licence when a player hosts or joins a session. The launcher renews the licence by itself whenever it is online; offline, a licence lasts up to 90 days.

5. Requirements

Windows 10 or 11, each player’s own copy of My Winter Car on Steam, an internet connection. The Mod is made for game version v.261008-01.

6. Quality and liability

6.1. My Winter Car is in Early Access, and its updates may break the Mod. The Seller fixes such breakage in Mod updates.

6.2. If the Mod does not work on a computer that meets section 5 and the Seller has not fixed it within 14 days of the Buyer’s request, the Seller refunds the payment in full under the Refunds page.

6.3. The launcher and the Mod back up the game save before playing together; a save can be restored from a backup in the launcher.

6.4. The Seller’s liability under the contract is limited to the amount the Buyer paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

7. Refunds

Terms and the procedure are on the Refunds page. After a refund the key stops working.

8. Personal data

The Seller processes the Buyer’s email address and order details to perform the contract, under the Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Claims go to support@wintercartogether.ru; the Seller replies within 10 days. The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
