Privacy policy

Version of 28 October 2026. A translation for convenience; the Russian text is the binding one.

1. Who processes the data

The operator is Khapinskiy Anton Denisovich, self-employed (Russian professional income tax), INN 141402998357, email support@wintercartogether.ru. This policy covers https://wintercartogether.ru/.

2. What data

• The email address you give in the order.
• Order details: number, amount, date, payment status and method, the key and the download count.
• The IP address the order was placed from.
• The Steam account id (SteamID) the key is activated on, and when.
• If you send a tester request: email, nickname, Telegram or Discord contact and Steam profile link (if you gave them), what you wrote about yourself, and the IP address the request came from.
• The server logs the hosting keeps: IP address, page address, request time, browser details.

You enter card details on Robokassa’s page; the operator never receives or stores them.

3. Why

• To make and perform the contract: issue the key, activate it on a Steam account, email it, help with installation, refund money.
• To review a tester request, contact you about testing and issue a tester key.
• To protect the shop from abuse: limit orders and requests from one IP address.
• To keep income records as the professional income tax law requires.

4. Legal grounds

Performing a contract you are a party to (Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Art. 6(1)(5)); your consent (Art. 6(1)(1)): in an order or in a tester request; duties the law places on the operator.

5. How long

• Unpaid orders are deleted after 30 days.
• The IP address is erased from an order and from a tester request after 30 days.
• Turned-down tester requests are deleted 30 days after the answer; accepted ones are kept while the tester key is valid, then deleted.
• Paid orders are kept while the key is valid and 3 more years for tax and claims, then deleted.
• Server logs are kept under the hosting’s rules.

6. Who gets the data

• Robokassa LLC, to take the payment and send the receipt: the email address and the order amount.
• The hosting provider, which stores the site’s data on servers in Russia.

No one else, except where the law requires. There is no cross-border transfer: the data is stored in the Russian Federation.

7. Protection

The site works over HTTPS only. The order database and the shop’s passwords are kept outside the public part of the server, and only the operator can access them.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies, visitor counters or advertising trackers.

9. Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent: write to support@wintercartogether.ru. The operator replies within 10 working days. After consent is withdrawn, the operator keeps only what is needed to perform the contract and what the law requires. You can complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

10. Changes

A new version of the policy is published on this page and applies from the date of publication.
