Consent to personal data processing in a tester request

A translation for convenience; the Russian text is the binding one.

By sending a tester request and ticking its consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Khapinskiy Anton Denisovich (INN 141402998357, the operator) processing my personal data on these terms.

Data: my email address, nickname, Telegram or Discord contact and Steam profile link (if I gave them), what I wrote about myself in the request, the IP address the request was sent from; if the request is accepted, the Steam account id (SteamID) the tester key is activated on.
Purposes: reviewing the request, contacting me about testing the mod, issuing a tester key and activating it on a Steam account.
Operations: collection, recording, storage, correction, use, deletion. Processing is automated. The data is not passed to third parties.
Term: until the purposes are met or the consent is withdrawn. A turned-down request is deleted 30 days after the answer, the IP address 30 days after the request was sent.
Withdrawal: by email to support@wintercartogether.ru.
